[Key Points of Factory Planning]
This factory manufactures bread. An extension was built for adding a roll bread manufacturing line immediately after new building construction completed. Since manufacturing process is mechanized and lined, we designed the flow planning focused on manufacturing equipment. The key point of architectural design is a structural design with a large span of 27m and a ceiling height of 7.5 m, and equipment design enabling strict air conditioning control in the manufacturing room.
