[Key Points of Factory Planning]
Since this factory is built on a landfill in a harbor area, a trench for the main pipe is installed in the passage area for maintenance purpose as a measure against pipe damage due to ground subsidence. This facilitates maintenance for future deterioration. Dew condensation control is an important design point because the cooked noodle is manufactured under chilled environment. In addition, since the manufacturing equipment is large, we made the layout and zoning to take into account the possibility of carrying in and out the equipment in the future, and put sufficient size equipment hatch.
