[Key Points of Factory Planning]
It was our first experience designing a factory which manufactures products including precut fruits.
The design points are to build low-temperature working environment and to make construction and its equipment fulfill a role for building safety of non-heated food in the process where there is no sterilization process other than cleaning before cutting process.
We included the future possibility into the plan, compared the cost option between all extension at once or frame & exterior ahead of others, and decided to adopt latter option.
