Pickled vegetable including Kimchi is categorized as non-heated food. Therefore, the design is focused on one-way concept of flow planning and manufacturing flow to avoid crossing for workers, such as the entry routes to the clean area and other areas are completely separated. As building equipment, we took measures against odor with ventilation equipment and measures against dew condensation prevention due to the low temperature environment in the manufacturing room.
