[Key Points of Factory Planning]
We built an extension and renovated the factory providing office lunch, aiming for advanced HACCP method support certified factory.
The key point is to create a renovation plan without stopping the production. After transferring the existing rice cooking function to new extension building, we sequentially replaced the manufacturing rooms. We design it based on zoning to separate the area by cleanliness level related to food safety, and eliminate cross flow. We tried to design with feasible one for small and medium-sized office lunch businesses.
